Burn Boot Camp

Awesome workouts. An excellent mix of cardio and strength. Always staggered, so if you go all the time, you'll always have a challenging workout. I've been going a year and have never seen the same workout. Give it a try! They'll get you in shape like you never thought was possible.

Pleasantly surprised, workouts are well planned and fast paced. When you’re finished you know you had a solid workout. Members are supportive, everyone looks like they are invested in the process

Why did I not join sooner? That’s the only regret you will have when it comes to this gym. I have been active for many years but hesitated joining here because I was a bit intimidated and also didn’t want to leave my big box gym. After only 60 some workouts I can truly say I feel stronger, healthier and happier than I have in many years. The trainers, each and every one, are phenomenal! They care about you and make everyone feel welcome. Although the workouts are the most challenging I’ve ever done they guide you through it and have modifications for each exercise if/when needed. Even though I’m a new member this place and the people already feel like family. Do not hesitate like I did. I honestly can’t imagine anyone not falling in love with this place. Life changing!

Overall it was a pleasant experience. The location itself is very nice and so we’re all of the trainers & members. However, I did notice at the end when the trainer Lauren shouted out who was visiting somehow she missed my name on the sheet of visitors. Originally I thought my name wasn’t listed but it was written clearly on the sheet. It was quite disappointing being missed as a visitor being that I was the only person of color in the camp.

Visited from Harrisburg, loved the facility, staff, trainer, everything was awesome. Looking forward to visiting again soon! Facility and equipment were kept at an ultra high standard, felt really really clean. Ceiling fans were awesome too, I know them “big a** fans” are not cheap but they really really do help a lot, literally the first thing I noticed was how comfortable it was in there once we started warm ups.
